Espresso restaurant unveils Bangkok's most extensive crab-centric Sunday Brunch, featuring six premium crab varieties and innovative dishes across international cuisines.

Bangkok's culinary scene is about to experience a sea change as InterContinental Bangkok's renowned all-day dining venue, Espresso, elevates its famed Sunday Brunch to new heights. With a stunning array of fresh, high-quality seafood and an especially mouth-watering selection of crab dishes, the brunch is a must-visit for seafood lovers. 

At the heart of the brunch lies the exceptional "Seafood on Ice" display, featuring an assortment of local and imported crabs that are nothing short of spectacular. Diners can indulge in over six varieties, including Golden King Crab, Chilean King Crab, Snow Crab, and Swimmer Blue Crab. The sheer variety and freshness on offer set this brunch apart, cementing its place as Bangkok’s premier crab-centric dining experience. 

The crab feast continues across the buffet, with an abundance of creative and enticing dishes. Each culinary station brings its own twist to these prized crustaceans, offering both traditional and innovative preparations that span global cuisines. 

In the Thai Corner, the rich, spicy flavours of Khao Soi Gai with Crab are a true delight, while the refreshing Crab Salad with Rice mixes tender crab meat with herbs for a lighter bite. 

The Indian Corner offers equally flavourful dishes, with highlights such as Paneer Crab Curry and Malai Kofta with Crab, infusing aromatic spices with delicate crab meat. 

In the Chinese section, diners can sample Fried Rice with Chilean Crab, dig into Creamy Crab Curry over Egg Noodles, or savour the comforting Cantonese Style Crab and Pork Wonton Soup. 

For Japanese cuisine lovers, the Japanese Corner showcases Soft-Shell Crab Maki Rolls and vibrant Chirashi Bowls featuring tuna, scallop, and blue crab. Paired with an impressive assortment of sushi, sashimi, and rolls, this section will not disappoint. Meanwhile, the Spaghetti in a Spicy Nduja and Crab Meat Sauce at the Fresh Made Pasta Station adds an Italian touch to the feast. 

To elevate the brunch experience even further, each diner is treated to a made-to-order dish from a selection of six exclusive options. Standouts include Linguine with Caribbean Rock Lobster Meat Sauce, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop with Lobster Sauce, and Australian Wagyu Sirloin Beef Steak with Garlic Fresh Herbs and Red Wine Sauce. Other tempting choices are Cheesy Thermidor Gratin Caribbean Rock Lobster, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Lemon and Caper Butter Sauce, and Australian Lamb Chop with Fresh Herbs and Black Pepper Sauce. 

Of course, the seafood extravaganza wouldn’t be complete without signature offerings like Roasted Australian Prime Rib Beef, Iberico Ham, and the indulgent Pan Fried Foie Gras on Brioche with Mango and Arugula—all guaranteed to satisfy the most discerning palates. 

Available every Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00, this extraordinary brunch is priced at THB 2,900++ per person. Add THB 160++ for unlimited soft drinks, or elevate your dining experience with free-flow beverages for THB 1,200++ per person, THB 1,600++ with sparkling wine, and THB 3,200++ with Champagne.
