Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited received three SET Awards 2024 for listed companies, earning top honours in two categories: Sustainability Excellence – Best Sustainability Award and Business Excellence – Best Investor Relations Award. The awards were presented by Professor Emeritus Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chairperson of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and Mr. Asadej Kongsiri, President of SET, at the SET Awards 2024 Ceremony, jointly organised by The Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking magazine, at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, accepted the Sustainability Awards of Honour, the highest accolade in the Sustainability Excellence category, for the fifth consecutive year. This award is presented to companies that have received the Best Sustainability Awards for at least three consecutive years. Bangchak has received the Best Sustainability Awards for eight consecutive years, recognising outstanding listed companies that balance financial performance with responsibility towards stakeholders and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into mechanisms for sustainable business development.
Ms. Phatpuree Chinkulkitnivat, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, Accounting and Finance, accepted the Best Investor Relations Award in the Business Excellence category for listed companies with a market capitalisation of more than THB 30,000 million but not exceeding THB 100,000 million, for the second consecutive year. This award affirms Bangchak’s outstanding investor relations (IR) activities, recognised by analysts and institutional investors for transparency, effective communication, and strong investor relations, fostering confidence among investors and stakeholders.
Mrs. Narupan Suthamkasem, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, accepted the Innovative Company Award in the Business Excellence Category. This award is presented to organisations leveraging innovation in organisational or product development to drive growth and foster positive impacts on the industry, economy, society, and the nation. Bangchak received the Innovation Award for its Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) ecosystem.
