R.X. Group, a leading distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, shared its vision for sustainable management that has driven its success over the past 50 years. By addressing environmental, economic, and social dimensions, the company has established itself as a leader in delivering health and quality of life, guided by the principle of “Good Health & Well-Being” which emphasizes the importance of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being as the foundation for a sustainable future at Sustainability Forum 2025: Synergizing for Driving Business on December 3–4, 2024, at Paragon Hall, 5th floor, Siam Paragon.

Ms. Hathairath Udomlarptham, R.X. Group Co., Ltd.’s Director of Sales and Marketing represented R.X. GROUP in presenting a visionary approach to inspire and transform the world with practical solutions at the Sustainability Forum 2025: Synergizing for Driving Business. She emphasized the company’s leadership in delivering health and quality of life through the R.X. management principle, the RXLIFE Framework, as follows:

R: Responsibility

Focus on responsible business practices for society and the environment. Since 2016, R.X. has reduced plastic POF packaging usage, cutting over 24,000 kilograms of plastic waste in 8 years.

X: Collaboration

Foster partnerships that go beyond business relationships to create sustainable value under the concept Align-Create-Grow. This includes initiatives like the Blister Pack Save the Planet Project, which upcycles aluminum foil packs for public benefit.

L: Longevity

Beyond caring is where we stand by Thai people’s every step of growth. This ensures quality of life at every age through the development of products suitable for all ages.

I: Inclusiveness 

Believing opportunities belong to everyone, R.X. collaborates with the Autistic Thai Foundation's ARTSTORY By Autistic Thai on the LOVE IN THE ART project that took initiative in generating income for autistic individuals through designing cups, hats, bags, and umbrellas.

F: Footprint Minimization

It all starts with us! Opted for eco-friendly packaging (Sourcing Responsibly), including soy-based inks and box polishing instead of UV coating. Advanced logistics technology optimizes processes to reduce waste (Minimize Waste) and uses green energy like solar power since 2019, equivalent to planting over 40,000 trees annually.

E: Eco-Conscious

Raise environmental awareness internally within the organization to grow together sustainably. This includes educating society about environmental issues and implementing KPI measurements for each department.

R.X. Co., Ltd. was founded 50 years ago as a collaboration of entrepreneurs and pharmacists specializing in the distribution of imported medicines from Europe. Over time, the company expanded to include the importation and distribution of medical devices. Later, R.X. shifted strategies and established its own pharmaceutical manufacturing facility under R.X. Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with well-known products such as; air-x, flatulence & meteorism relief tablet, and ONE GERD, an acid reflux medication. The company has also diversified into various other businesses, such as ambulance services, medical equipment, and six LASIK centers located in hospitals to address vision correction needs.

Currently reaching its 50th anniversary, R.X. Group remains committed to developing and delivering valuable products to the market for sustainable growth. The company is also dedicated to contributing to society and the environment through various campaigns includes; Blister Pack Save the Planet project that transforms waste into beneficial resources, and initiatives supporting the Autistic Thai Foundation to create opportunities for children with autism. Additionally, R.X. Group provides educational scholarships to empower children with knowledge for a brighter future.
