Bangkoktellink (MVNO), a mobile network operator with a commitment to social impact, has partnered with three of Thailand’s leading government agencies to provide free internet access for disadvantaged groups, promoting online learning and self-development.
Led by CEO Natthakrit Sasiarnon, Bangkoktellink(MVNO) announced its collaboration with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and the Equitable Education Fund (EEF). The initiative aims to maximise opportunities for learning and personal growth among disabled individuals and underprivileged students.
The programme includes two key projects:
- “Provide Internet Services for the Disabled”: Benefiting 1,100,000 people with disabilities.
- “Provide Internet Services for Underprivileged Students”: Supporting 357,000 students nationwide.
The NBTC has allocated 935,394,000 baht to fund these initiatives, ensuring that eligible participants receive uninterrupted online access for educational purposes.
