In a heartfelt gesture on National Children’s Day 2025, Bangkok Expressway and Metro (BEM), a leading provider of mass transit solutions for metro lines and expressways, has extended its support to the families of expressway police officers.
Led by Rungsak Luengrattanamas, Expressway Engineering Assistance Managing Director, BEM presented scholarships to children of officers serving at the Traffic Control Centre, Expressway 2. The scholarships were handed over to Police Lieutenant Colonel Kritthana Chanthet, Deputy Superintendent (Investigation) of the Traffic Control Centre, in a ceremony held at the Expressway 2 police station.
The initiative reflects BEM’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by investing in the education of the next generation. "We recognise the sacrifices made by traffic police officers in ensuring the safety of commuters and are honoured to support their children’s educational journey," said Mr. Rungsak.
This contribution highlights BEM's ongoing dedication to fostering community welfare and empowering young minds, ensuring a brighter future for families who play a vital role in maintaining Bangkok’s traffic safety and order.
