Bangkok – Porsche Thailand has announced the appointment of Michael Vetter as its new Managing Director, effective January 2025. With a distinguished career spanning Porsche AG, Porsche Asia Pacific, and Porsche Korea, Vetter brings extensive experience in luxury automotive management and brand development.
Previously Group Managing Director at Eurokars Group Indonesia, overseeing Porsche, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce, Vetter has played a pivotal role in strengthening Porsche’s presence across multiple markets. In his new role, he aims to enhance customer engagement, accelerate electromobility adoption, and expand EV infrastructure in Thailand, aligning with Porsche’s global sustainability strategy.
Vetter will also lead digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives to position Porsche Thailand as a market leader. “Thailand presents immense opportunities for Porsche’s growth, and I look forward to shaping a future where innovation, luxury, and performance come together to serve our dynamic customer base,” he said.
Porsche Thailand, represented by AAS Auto Import Co., Ltd., has been the official importer of Porsche sports cars since 1993. The brand operates five showrooms and service centres, with plans to expand further in Pattaya and Kalapraphreuk.
