Specialising in contemporary Italian cuisine, Chef Giuseppe draws inspiration from his Sicilian heritage, focusing on fresh seafood and handmade pasta. His innovative approach preserves authenticity while adding a modern touch to traditional flavours.

Biscotti’s new menu highlights Chef Giuseppe’s signature creations, offering a taste of Sicily with dishes like:
- Panzanella Alla Siciliana – A refreshing organic tomato salad with almond cream, pine nuts, and balsamic red onion
