The Platinum Group Public Company Limited and Ennismore have officially signed a Management Contract for Mama Shelter Bangkok Platinum Hotel, marking a significant collaboration in Bangkok’s hospitality landscape.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Surachai Chotjurangkool, Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Platinum Group, Mr. Serge Trigano, Founder of Mama Shelter, and Mr. Sylvain Pasdeloup, Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific at Ennismore. Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, holds a majority shareholding in the Mama Shelter brand.
The signing ceremony, held at the Platinum Lounge, Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam, was attended by distinguished guests, including Mrs. Suthita Bhirombhakdi, Mr. Chaklit Chotechurangkool, and executives from The Platinum Group Public Company Limited.
This strategic partnership brings Mama Shelter Bangkok Platinum Hotel under Ennismore’s management, further enriching Bangkok’s vibrant hospitality scene with the brand’s signature playful and design-driven hospitality concept.
