Highgate International School Thailand celebrated a historic milestone on March 9, 2025, with its Stone Laying Ceremony at the future school site near Siam Country Club in Chonburi. Hosted by Siam Motors Group and the Phornprapha Family, the event brought together distinguished guests, key stakeholders, and representatives from Highgate School UK to mark the next phase of the school’s development ahead of its grand opening in August 2026.
The ceremony highlighted the strong partnership between Siam Motors Group, the Phornprapha Family, and Highgate School UK, reinforcing their shared vision to bring world-class British education to Thailand. Highgate International School Thailand will follow the English National Curriculum, offering a high-quality education for students aged 2 to 18. The school is set to open in 2026 with Pre-Prep and Junior School (ages 2 to 11) and plans to expand to include Senior School and boarding facilities in the coming years.
Speaking at the ceremony, Tanyaporn Phornprapha Tangcravakoon, Chair of the School Board, reaffirmed the school’s commitment to academic excellence and its core values of Curiosity and Rigour, Engagement and Enthusiasm, Community and Kindness.
