
Shangri-La Bangkok's NEXT2 Café has launched an opulent 'Surf & Turf' buffet experience, showcasing a lavish selection of premium seafood and meats against the picturesque backdrop of the Chao Phraya River every Friday and Saturday evening.
The indulgent spread features a carefully curated selection of land specialties including Smoked Texas-Style Brisket, Soda Pop Roast Chicken, and traditional Thai favorites like Satays and Moo Ping. The highlight is the impressive Tomahawk steak, prepared in three distinct marinades—Thai, Argentine, and Cuban styles.
Seafood aficionados will appreciate the unlimited offerings of Canadian Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Steamed River Prawns, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Chilli-citrus Marinade, Maple Miso Roasted Cod, and assorted Steamed Shellfish. The menu is further elevated with perfectly seared Garlic Ginger Scallops.
The 'Surf & Turf' buffet is available from 6pm to 10pm, priced at 2,400 baht net per adult, with children aged 6-12 receiving a 50% discount.
