The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi, in collaboration with the Royal Forest Department, the Zoological Park Organization under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the King, and the Exotic Pet Lovers Association, presents “THE MALL LIFESTORE JUNGLE WALK 2025 – Episode 2: Journey Through the Enchanted Land of Exotic Creatures.”
Returning for its second year, this family-friendly event is led by beloved adventure-loving couple Toon Bodyslam and Koi Ratchawin, along with their children. They invite visitors on a captivating journey through a mystical realm inhabited by over 300 rare and exotic animal species. A key highlight is the first-of-its-kind treehouse animal-watching experience, where guests can get up close with internet-famous capybara duo Bobby and Babe.
Running until April 20 at MCC HALL, 3rd floor of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi, the 3,000 sqm venue has been transformed into an enchanted jungle kingdom, complete with meticulously recreated habitats showcasing animals from across the globe. Timed to coincide with Songkran and National Family Day, the event encourages families to discover and learn about nature together.
The opening day was filled with joy as Toon, Koi, and their children, Nong Talay and Nong Wela, led guests through the exhibits and activities, bringing smiles to fans of all ages.
Event Highlights:
- Treehouse Animal Watching – A unique, elevated encounter with rare animals.
- Exotic Animal Showcase, featuring:
- Red Lechwe, Caracal, and Toco Toucan
- Debut of the Spot-nose Monkey and Crystal Iguana
- Capybara Open Zoo – Meet Bobby, Babe, and feathered friend Call Duck “Chicken”.
Interactive Zones Include:
- ATV Cave Adventure – Spot Harris Hawks, Siberian Owls, and White-faced Owls.
- Rock Climbing Wall – Over 5 metres high for thrill-seekers.
- Exotic Camp Café – Hands-on encounters with Ball Pythons, Bearded Dragons, rare cat breeds, and more.
Special Animal Exhibits Feature:
- Sika Deer, Dwarf Angola Goats, Eurasian Eagle Owls, Ferruginous Hawks
- Albino Iguanas and the dazzling Panther Chameleon
Children can also join the Young Wild Explorers programme with guided tours and educational talks. Additional attractions include fossil digging, horseback riding, and animal feeding zones featuring parrots, tortoises, rabbits, hamsters, goats, sheep, and ponies.
Free tree saplings are provided by the Royal Forest Department, and complimentary pet health check-ups are available courtesy of Pawsville Animal Hospital.
