
Bangkok, 23 April 2025 – For the first time ever, Bangkok’s culinary landscape will welcome a gathering of Japan’s most revered chefs under one roof at the Samurai Chef Charity Dinner, taking place on Monday, 12 May 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Dok Kaew, The Garden at Surawongse, Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse.
This exclusive event promises an unforgettable evening of fine Japanese cuisine, cultural celebration, and community spirit. Proceeds from the dinner will go towards charitable causes in Thailand.

Guests will be treated to a meticulously curated eight-course Spring Kaiseki dinner, complete with premium sake pairings, and prepared by an extraordinary lineup of award-winning chefs from Michelin-starred establishments and globally acclaimed culinary institutions.
