Sherwood Corporation Public Company Limited (SWC) has announced a strategic partnership with Conquest Crop Protection Pty Ltd., a leading Australian distributor and regulatory specialist in the agricultural crop protection industry. The collaboration marks a major step in Sherwood’s expansion into the agricultural insecticide market, leveraging Conquest’s deep market insights and regulatory expertise.
At the heart of this partnership is Viteoil Adjuvant, Sherwood’s flagship product and Thailand’s top-selling agricultural adjuvant for over a decade. Plans are underway to register Viteoil and other Sherwood formulations under Conquest’s portfolio, positioning the products for competitive and compliant entry into the Australian market.
In addition to product registration, the two companies are co-developing differentiated crop protection formulations designed specifically for Australian farming conditions. These new products will combine Sherwood’s strong expertise in insect control with Conquest’s robust distribution network and regulatory know-how to deliver innovative, market-relevant solutions.
Sherwood’s presence in Australia is not new. Since 2010, the company has supplied household insect control products to professional pest control operators (PCOs) and is now ranked among the top five suppliers in Australia’s household pesticide segment by sales volume.
This latest partnership represents a significant milestone in Sherwood’s international growth strategy, as the company evolves from a leader in home care into a key player in agricultural crop protection. The initiative aligns with Sherwood’s commitment to sustainable expansion, product innovation, and long-term value creation for stakeholders in global markets.
