City Realty and Swire Properties have officially broken ground on their ultra-luxury residential development on Wireless Road, marking a major milestone for the project following Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval earlier this year, which grants permission for construction.
The groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by Chali Sophonpanich, President of City Realty, Tim Blackburn, Chief Executive of Swire Properties, and Casey Au and Thomas Woolsey, Co-Managing Directors of City Dynamic, the joint venture between the two companies.
