Singapore, May 2025 – After captivating diners across the region last year, The Luxury Group by Marriott International is bringing back its highly anticipated Luxury Dining Series, set to run from July to September 2025. This year, the exclusive culinary showcase expands from six to seven destinations across Asia Pacific, adding Bangkok to its star-studded roster.
Rooted in the theme "Forgotten Flavors", the 2025 edition pays homage to culinary heritage by reviving traditional ingredients, age-old techniques, and heirloom recipes that have faded from contemporary menus. Drawing inspiration from The Future of Food 2025 report, the series highlights both a return to roots and a vision for the future of gastronomy.

Each stop will host a multi-day programme of immersive dining experiences helmed by acclaimed chefs and mixologists from Marriott’s global luxury portfolio. The event is designed to spark a dialogue between the past and the present—pairing masters of culinary tradition with modern gastronomic innovators. Together, they will reinterpret lost ingredients in dishes that are at once nostalgic and boldly inventive.
Participating properties in 2025 include:
- The St. Regis Osaka (Japan, July 11–13)
- JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa (Korea, July 17–20)
- JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa (India, July 31–August 3)
- The Ritz-Carlton, Perth (Australia, August 15–17)
- The St. Regis Singapore (August 29–31)
- The St. Regis Jakarta (Indonesia, September 11–13)
