Cloud 11, the regional creator hub developed by MQDC, has appointed Mr Paul Sirisant as Chief Executive Officer to steer the completion of Thailand and ASEAN’s most ambitious creative destination. The project aims to accelerate Southeast Asia’s burgeoning content creator economy, currently valued at 45 billion baht ($1.3 billion).
“I’m thrilled and honoured to be part of Cloud 11,” said Mr Sirisant. “This will be the region’s premier creator hub. We’re building a complete creative ecosystem and partnering with global leaders to elevate Thailand’s creative industry to the world stage.”
Mr Sirisant brings a new-generation vision and leadership experience spanning entertainment, marketing, and real estate. His career includes an executive role at Universal Music Group and the founding of Def Jam Thailand.
Cloud 11 is designed to support creators at every stage — from aspiring talent to established professionals — with state-of-the-art facilities including production studios, editing suites, recording rooms, cinemas, theatres, and exhibition spaces. The hub will also host ongoing programmes and activities to foster talent and share knowledge.
The creative industry in Thailand and ASEAN is rapidly expanding, with global content creator and influencer markets growing by 20–30% annually. Cloud 11 will play a pivotal role in supporting this growth through its pioneering Creative Ecosystem — the first of its kind in Asia.
Mr Sirisant officially assumed his role as CEO on 20 May and joins forces with Project Director Mr Onza Janyaprasert to drive development and engage content creators, media companies, and global partners.

Construction of Cloud 11 is currently 80% complete and progressing towards its goal of becoming the creative industry’s leading hub in Southeast Asia.
