According to TAT, the campaign which was launched on July 1 was popular as all 8,000 discount vouchers from 92 business owners were sold out within the month. Buoyed by the success, the second phase was launched in the middle of this month offering another 9,000 vouchers with up to 50% discounts on accommodation, food, spas and attractions in the province.

The programme is a joint effort with the Thai Hotels Association (Eastern Chapter), the Association of Chonburi Attractions, Pattaya Business and Tourism Association, Pattaya Spa Club and Pattaya Restaurant Club.

A total of 121 business operators participated in the campaign. The vouchers are available via the Shopee app under the "Deals Near Me" feature.

TAT limits the right of one person to purchase the vouchers at a maximum of five. After purchasing, customers need to contact the service providers to redeem the vouchers within seven days.

The promotion will last until Sep 15. The vouchers can be used between Aug 16 and Dec 24.
