Megatix Thailand, an online voucher platform for hotel deals in the country, announces the launch of the second Megatix Digital Travel Fair, which takes place from tomorrow until Feb 6.

At the online event, visitors can shop for specially priced packages from a selection of a wide variety of hotels which they can purchase now and use later.

The Megatix online travel vouchers have an extended validity, most often six months or more. This voucher system offers travellers more convenience and the opportunity to enjoy the hotel promotions and packages.

Meliá invites visitors to 'Hug Chiang Mai'

The new Meliá Chiang Mai has unveiled a host of incentives under its "Hug Chiang Mai" offer, ranging from discounted accommodation to a free stay for the kids.

To mark its April debut, Meliá Chiang Mai is offering rates starting from 1,870 baht per night for a Meliá Room or 2,499 baht per night inclusive of breakfast.

The promotion also includes early check-in at 10am and late check-out at 3pm; 20% discount on food and beverage; 20% discount on all the YHI Spa exclusive Wellbeing menus; products by HARNN; and children below 12 stay for free with family inclusive of breakfast, maximum of two children.

For stays of two nights or more, the hotel offers a complimentary round-trip transfer from Chiang Mai International Airport, a cocktail and tapas plate per stay. Bookings of four nights or more come with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to the next room category.

"Hug Chiang Mai" is available for bookings from now until March 31 for stays from April 10 until Oct 31. A minimum two-night stay is required for stays during April 10-16.

Chiang Rai spa offers 'New Year New You' special

Museflower Retreat & Spa Chiang Rai offers "New Year New You" room and spa promotions from now until March 4.

Bangkok Air schedules sealed sandbox flights

Bangkok Airways supports the Phuket Sandbox programme by operating two special sealed-route flights per day from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) to Phuket, starting from Feb 1.

The special sealed-route flights from Bangkok to Phuket will be operated by an ATR72-600 aircraft. The first outbound flight, PG5275 departs from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi airport) at 12pm and arrives at Phuket International Airport at 2.05pm. The second outbound flight, PG5279 departs from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi airport) at 5.10pm and arrives at Phuket International Airport at 7.15pm.

Emirates discounts flights for families

Emirates launches a new offer for passengers visiting Dubai with friends and family, when booking by Feb 6.

Two or more passengers travelling to Dubai from now to April 30 will have the opportunity to save 25% on fares when travelling together.

This special offer is valid for two or more travellers who book a return trip via emirates.com/th to Dubai in Economy or Business Class between Jan 24 and Feb 6 on the same booking reference. The offer is also available via travel and call centre agents and Emirates Retail shops.
