The two-hour "Wellbeing Recovery" package at YHI Spa features a "Look Pra Kob" Thai herbal ball compress body massage, an Ayurvedic head massage, a chakra balance and Tibetan bowl sound healing session, and a Look Pra Kob facial treatment.

The Ayurvedic head massage is based on "marma points" therapy, which focuses on energy points to alter biochemistry. It's believed to have benefits ranging from improving sleep quality and memory to relieving headaches and ringing in the ears.

Chakra energy healing and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls add a spiritual element to the package designed to leave guests feeling emotionally balanced.

Emirates offering special fares
