The Ayurvedic head massage is based on "marma points" therapy, which focuses on energy points to alter biochemistry. It's believed to have benefits ranging from improving sleep quality and memory to relieving headaches and ringing in the ears.
Chakra energy healing and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls add a spiritual element to the package designed to leave guests feeling emotionally balanced.
