Official description

This is a village of handicrafts made from coconut shells. The products are so famous that their production place is acclaimed as the village of million-baht-worth of coconut shells. From an initiative of Pluem Chukhong, head of the community, coconut shells were introduced and designed into kitchen utensils and ornaments such as spoons, coffee cups, water bowls, dippers, ladles and lamps. Products are sold domestically and overseas
