Khemmikka Na Songkhla's government-approved alternative beauty techniques include "breast-slapping" to enhance breast size and "buttock-slapping" to firm up the rear. After almost two decades of dishing out slaps in the name of image improvement, the techniques of the 44-year-old beautician better known as "Khunying Tobnom" are as popular as ever.
