Businessman caught 'keying' car
Loei Chamber of Commerce vice-chairman Charnchai Ruangsuwan, aged 59, is in the hot seat after being caught on video using a key to damage a car parked near his furniture store. Mr Charnchai admitted he was the man in the video, but claimed he had "keyed" the car as it was registered in Samut Sakhon province and not in Loei province.
