Historic Sala Chalerm Thani cinema lights up for a day

Celebrating its 107th anniversary this year, Nang Loeng cinema, also known as Sala Chalerm Thani, revived its projector for a special one-day event on April 26, marking a return to the spotlight after its closure in 1993.

Thailand's oldest wooden stand-alone movie theatre is located in a corner of Trok Nang Loeng in the historic Rattanakosin area of Bangkok.
