A southern cocktail

Kratom, sometimes referred to the “poor man’s marijuana”, is a tropical deciduous tree, indigenous to Southeast Asia. Although it is made illegal in Thailand, the drug cocktail known as 4x100, an illegal drug mixed with the leaves of kratom, is not uncommon among teenagers in the southern provinces.
