I think if we compare possible crimes of Abhisit and the real leader of this government it is very clear who is more on the side of the law and who is more on the side of crime. I don’t know if Abhisit is innocent in this case and it will be extreme difficult to prove who is right and who is wrong after decades. I.e. if there is a fake document who can proof now if that document was produced 20 or 15 years ago? Who can prove now if Abhisit faked it or someone else?
It’s good to see confirmed that Abhisit is without crime for the last two decades. Otherwise his opponents would have come up with something more recent and more important.

As far as I can recall, the Military found some wrong dates on AV documents and disciplined the officers in charge at that time for their mistakes and then the military cleared AV from any wrongdoings. This case and evidence were shown on TV and other media some time ago. The Defense Minister and his panel made new accusations and if they are proven wrong or neglect their duties, they might all go to jail and be stripped of rank and MP status themselves.

Opinion polls are not intended to find out what people know, they are to find out what their opinion is. You may not know but you can still have an opinion.

If you asked for a poll of the Thai people only the results would most certainly be different.

D1: Khun dao, polls are like elections, and in Thailand the former PM, or his proxies always seem to win.

Why yet another poll? To expose the readers, of perhaps, because how can any ordinary person possibly know the answer to this question.
Afterthought: It is highly unlikely many "representatives" in parliament have served in the army - apart from the overdose of Generals and other high-ranking BIB and BIG (many of whom were appointed, not elected).

What does the sentence "The Defence Ministry says so?" mean?

  • Discussion 3 : 12 Nov 2012 at 10.303

Abhisit enter politics in 1992. It took some time for them to dig some dirt up.

It's a witch-hunt and nothing more than petty revenge.

Perhaps the government would be better doing something constructive rather than all the destructive negativity they seem to be pursuing.

Interesting that Thaksin has been in the news for years and I cant ever recall seeing a poll if anyone thought he should come back to Thailand ,be excused of his crimes ,or go to jail .
