Entry-level 300hp four-cylinder engine remains but power in supercharged V8 rises to 575hp.

Inchcape Thailand, the authorised importer of Jaguar, has introduced the facelifted models of the F-Type Coupe and Convertible with prices starting at 6.4 million baht.
Visual changes up front for the brand’s six-year-old sports car including sleeker lights and more aggressive-looking snout. The rear end has also be similarly redesigned.
The two-seat interior, too, has changed only minimally with a newer infotainment system that now includes over-the-air updates.

There are two engine variances to choose from: 300hp 2.0-litre petrol-turbo and 575hp 5.0-litre supercharged V8, both with eight-speed auto and the latter all-wheel drive.
The 6.4 million baht starting price is available only for the Coupe in basic trim to attract buyers into showrooms. The Porsche 718 asks for 6.6 million baht with 300hp 2.0-litre flat-four turbo and seven-speed dual-clutch auto.
The R-Dynamic trim for the F-type goes for 6.9 and 7.6 million in Coupe and Convertible forms respectively.
Although the four-cylinder engine driving just the rear wheels has the same amount of power as in the pre-facelift model, power in supercharged V8 rises from 550hp to 575hp hoping to steal some attention from 911 punters.
Also available in R-Dynamic spec, the V8 is priced at 12 million baht and an additional one million baht for the soft-top model.
