The State Railway of Thailand board has decided to extend the land lease granted to the Centara Grand Beach Resort in Hua Hin for another year, a acting SRT governor Worawut Mala said.
The lease expired on May 15.
The company operates the seaside resort in Hua Hin district on land leased from the SRT.
Mr Worawut said the SRT is drafting a new regulation governing its land leases to be signed with businesses for more efficient management of properties.
