AssetWise Plc. savours success

Having ridden out the Covid-19-induced real estate pause and achieved impressive figures in 2020, the company revealed its ‘Next Paradigm Strategy’ for 2021 at a glamorous gathering

AssetWise Plc. (AssetWise) on 15 March 2021 hosted a special event at W Bangkok Hotel to proclaim its success to-date and announce its Next Paradigm Strategy designed to manoeuvre the company through the uncertainties facing the real estate business in 2021.

Owner and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong revealed that, despite the Covid-19-provoked economic challenges, the company closed out 2020 with a turnover of over 4,205 million baht, its all-time high. 

He further explained that AssetWise aims to continue on a similarly successful trajectory in 2021, including completion of five projects amounting to 6,694 million baht, namely, Kave Town Shift; Baan Puri Puri Courtyard – Pattanakarn; Kave TU; Baan Puri Puri Homeoffice Ladprao 41, and; Modiz Sukhumvit 50. 

Six additional low/high-rise projects to be launched in 2021 were also announced: Kave Salaya; Modiz Rhyme Cloud; Atmoz Bangna; Kave Ava; Modiz Sriracha, and; Baan Puri Puri Homeoffice Ladprao 41.

“Our Next Paradigm Strategy embodies four main principles – facilities for new lifestyle; health concern; innovation for living; strengthening sustainability,” he commented. “This will ensure our residents can adjust to the new, post-pandemic lifestyle with ease.” 

“Being successful in this business isn’t just a matter of locations,” he elucidated. “Several of our competitors have secured locations close to BTS stations similar to us. So we must differentiate ourselves by creating residences with facilities tailored to individual needs as well.”

“The fact that we have many ongoing projects at once gives us the freedom to make each project resonate with a different group of prospective residents. We can offer them the niche options they seek that make it easier for them to make the decision to buy.” 

“We also don’t see ourselves as being restricted to the city. Our risk management indicates that other locations also have high potential to attract buyers. For instance, Sriracha district, Chonburi, is poised to benefit from the arrival of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).”

“But regardless of the locations, and real estate brands in our portfolio, we follow AssetWise’s founding principle – “we build happiness.” That’s why we are where we are today.”

Among those present at the event was Miss Universe Thailand 2020, Amanda Obdam, who stars in AssetWise’s new advertisement portraying various lifestyles and characters who make AssetWise projects their home. Indeed, she is a long-time resident of an AssetWise property herself.

From her own experience, Amanda explained that the carefully thought-out residence gives her a kind of immunity from busy city life which was especially precious in the frenzy that followed her winning of the prestigious beauty title.
