Centara Hotels & Resorts has reopened its restaurants for dine-in services and launched the "Gourmet to Go" delivery service offering hotel food for home delivery.
Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab, black tiger prawns, as well as a selection of cold cuts, salads and tapas are on offer at Uno Mas Spanish restaurant.
The delivery and takeaway service provides alternative options for guests to order food from Centara restaurants, including Uno Mas and Ventisi from Centara Grand at CentralWorld, and Dynasty and Don Giovani at Centara Grand at CentralPlaza Ladprao Bangkok.
Customers have a choice of food, beverages, or meal kits from 11 Centara hotels and resorts across Thailand, including in Bangkok, Pattaya, Sriracha, Jomtien, Hua Hin, Phuket, Hat Yai and Krabi.
Delivery boxes from Ventisi comprise main courses including coq au vin, salmon, and Sichuan shrimp, complemented with a starter and a dessert, starting from 190 baht.
The hotel's Spanish restaurant Uno Mas offers a seafood on ice champagne brunch set from 7,999 baht for 2-4 diners, including freshly imported Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab, black tiger prawns, as well as a selection of cold cuts, salads and tapas.
Centara Grand at CentralPlaza Ladprao Bangkok offers tasty "bowls-to-go" options from 69 baht featuring Italian, Japanese, Indian and Chinese dishes from the hotel's restaurants.
