“Yu Kiroro” wins second Asia-Pacific award Ready to move in from December 2019 with own ski lift for residents

Property Perfect’s “Yu Kiroro”, a Ski-in, Ski-out condominium in Hokkaido, Japan, has won its second international-level award, this time for “Best Asia-Pacific Condominium” at the LP Awards 2019. The latest award follows winning the “Best Condominium Development (Japan) Award” at Asia Property Awards 2018.

As it celebrates the success, “Yu Kiroro” confirms that the units will be ready to move in from December 2019. At the same time, it has unveiled the project’s new private ski lift station.

Hosted by LP-Luxury Properties, one of Asia’s leading property media, the prestigious Best Asia-Pacific Condominium awards are exclusively presented for high-end condominiums recognised for their remarkable performances according to an exacting range of criteria, from residential development to interior design. The awards are judged by an international committee of architects, interior designers, and urban planners.

Yu Kiroro was also voted Best Condominium Development (Japan) by Property Guru in Asia Property Awards 2018.

Together the two awards affirm the project’s prolific performance and unique status as the only vacation condominium established on the ski slopes of Hokkaido, leading to it being well-received by Asia-Pacific vacation home buyers.

Already, the units are 50% sold out, a figure equating to 2 billion baht. Customers so far are approximately half from Thailand and half from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

“Yu Kiroro”, the 4 billion-baht luxury “Ski-in, Ski-out” property is located in the resort paradise of Kiroro where it is joined by such other 5-star hotels as Marriott’s The Kiroro, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido, and Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort.

The location is renowned for its fine powder snow and for having the longest snow season in Japan. Another attraction is the fact that the ski lift station is only 50 m from the condominium, giving residents the easiest access to the summit of the ski slopes by gondola and ski lift.

Ready to move in within December 2019, prices at Yu Kiroro start at 24 million baht. Each unit is fully-furnished with Japanese Alpine-influenced design by ILYA Corporation, one of Japan’s leading design firms. Construction is by the over-100-year established Itogumi Construction Company Limited.

Aiming to become Asia’s leading ski resort residence, Property Perfect’s masterplan further includes luxury villas, townhomes, and apartments.
