Thai consumer confidence rose slightly in November, helped by government measures that reduced energy prices and a relaxing of visa rules for tourists, a survey showed on Thursday.

The consumer index of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) increased to 60.9 in November from 60.2 in the previous month, the university said in a statement.
