The Forestias by MQDC Gears Up for Completion, Welcoming Residents in 2024

MQDC, the leading property developer, announced that construction of its “The Forestias” forest district is near completion, with all the new neighbourhood’s residential projects now over 70% finished.

Whizdom Destinia and Mytopia are already complete and are currently ready to be gradually transferred to residents. The green district’s other condominiums will be progressively completed for transfer as planned from the start of this year. Every project will be finished and transferred so residents can move in by 2024.

The Forestias is a forest district in the heart of the city where residents can live healthily and happily in nature. Innovations and sustainable technology include energy management and utility systems. The Central Utility Plant (CUP), Energy Management Unit (EMU) system, and Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) enhance sustainable quality of life.

A deep forest spans 4.8 hectares with a flourishing habitat now 100% mature and ready to support sustainable ecosystems. Green spaces will contribute to a community that embraces all ages and genders across every residential project at The Forestias for healthy, happy living.

Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, president of MQDC and project director of The Forestias, said that the construction of residential projects at The Forestias has progressed significantly. Projects ready to start transferring to residents from the start of this year include 3 Whizdom condominiums: Whizdom The Forestias Mytopia, Whizdom The Forestias Destinia, and Whizdom The Forestias Petopia.

These first three projects each have a unique concept to support the diverse needs of different target groups.

Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas cluster homes for extended families of many generations, and Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums are progressing fast and are already over 70% complete. Both are set to be gradually transferred to residents within the first quarter of this year.

Mr Kittiphun added that The Aspen Tree is a residential community designed with Baycrest, a world-leading Canadian eldercare centre, for residents aged 50+. The Aspen Tree The Forestias is now 70% complete and set to be ready for transfer in April this year.

“The Aspen Tree is a world-first residential concept focused on lifetime care. So that homebuyers can fully experience the project, the independent living community will complete construction and then officially open for sale. Buyers will be able to explore the standards of care and view actual facilities from February 2024,” he said.

A project with Six Senses is nearing completion as the global hospitality brand’s first luxury resort-style residences in Southeast Asia. Villas managed by Six Senses are set to be gradually transferred to residents from the last quarter of this year.

The Forestias, in the middle of last year, also began developing a new residential project, “The Forestias Signature Series”, which is set to be gradually transferred to residents in 2025.

Happitat at The Forestias, spanning 200,000 sqm at the entrance to the neighbourhood, will support lifestyles of all ages. “The New Themed Destination of Happiness” will welcome all generations to relax and shop across the real and digital worlds.

Happitat will feature over 300 unique concept shops and top restaurants. Leading fashion and lifestyle brands will contribute to this festival landmark. Collaborations with national and global artists, as well as world-class entertainment, will create a destination for happiness beyond imagination.

The construction of Happitat at The Forestias is 70% complete. The Hilltop Offices in the same area are 60% complete and are set to open for rental in September this year.
