MQDC Unveils 2024 Vision as it Completes “The Forestias”

New CEO outlines focus on finalising the company’s flagship forest district in the Year of the Dragon.

MQDC will concentrate on finalising its multi-billion-baht “The Forestias” forest district in Bangna this year as it continues its pursuit of sustainability and enhancing quality of life, according to the leading property developer’s new CEO, Suttha Ruengchaiphaiboon.

MQDC is commemorating its 30th anniversary this year. The developer is renowned for its commitment to “For All Well-Being,” a dedication to improving the quality of life for all through “sustainnovation.”

Mr Suttha said MQDC this year will focus on revenue generation and the completion of flagship projects like The Forestias.

Mr Suttha succeeds Visit Malaisirirat, who assumes the role of chairman of the company’s board of directors.

“In 2024, MQDC will concentrate on revenue generation and the completion of flagship projects like The Forestias, while other themed projects like Whizdom Craftz and Cloud 11 are also in progress,” said Mr Suttha.

“The company aims to achieve sales and transfer targets totalling 30 billion baht this year, with The Forestias expected to be delivered and transferred to homeowners within the year.”

MQDC’s new CEO added that the company will emphasise its strengths, including its 30-year warranty. The warranty covers building structure, roofs, doors and windows, and pipes and wiring to ensure homeowners’ peace of mind and satisfaction.

The Forestias advances the company’s efforts to minimise carbon dioxide emissions.
