In this latest chapter, a lot of my patients have talked to me about a superstar from USA who is even at the age of 61 years old but still looks radiant and stunning. She is Demi Moore - an American actress and one of the biggest Hollywood star who never fails to astonish her fans with her flawless shape, bright complexion and ageless beauty. Demi Moore has been in the public eye for forty years, which is unbelievable. Ultimately, the renowned actress, who played her first role in 1981, still looks stunning. Her "agelessness" is the buzz of the town, whether it's through her red carpet appearances or Instagram photos.
Just a few weeks earlier, some of my patients came to me with a desire to seek for possible solutions to get to live a life of Demi Moore. Unsurprisingly, this is not the first time I have heard this question.
Let's examine her pictures obtained from two distinct periods. Her pictures from 2013 and 2024 show a number of youthful variations.

DR. NIDA’S PERSONAL DIAGNOSIS
From a medical perspective, it is evident that Demi Moore seems much younger in the images taken in 2013 compared to those seen currently. There's no doubt that anything may have been done. Let's examine what she may have done to get such stunning beauty now.
In comparison to now, she appeared older in 2013 compared to ten years later. In my opinion, there are two primary factors that contribute to the look of aging: deflation and descent effects, which result in the appearance of "sagging skin and hollow face in various areas."
There are mixtures of these two characteristics—sagginess and hollowing—when looking at her pictures. However, by 2024, all of the issues have obviously been resolved; the sagginess seems to be less noticeable, and certain portions of the face that used to be hollowed have more volume filled which results in a more rejuvenated appearance.
For descent effects, which relates to drooping skin, we divided her face into two parts which is 1. Upper-one-third which focuses from forehead to above eyebrows, we can notice the difference in her forehead which looks more lifted. The eyebrow curves are also elevated.
We divided her face into two sections for the purpose of analyzing descent effects, or drooping skin: firstly, the upper one-third, which concentrates on the area above the eyebrows and includes the forehead, has a noticeable change in appearance, seeming more elevated. The contours of the eyebrows are also raised. And, the next following section, known as the lower two-third, concentrates on the regions behind the eyes to the jawlines. We can also see that the overall is being elevated and tightened.
DR. NIDA’S VIEWS OF TREATMENTS FOR DESCENT EFFECTS
If I were her dermatologist or any other patients’ with similar worries about appearance, basically, Botox injections are where we start. Regular Botox injections are necessary for facial rejuvenation, since they aid in the relaxing of muscles involved in facial expression, an issue that cannot be resolved by surgery or laser treatments.
For face lifting in Demi’s case, I would administer what I refer to as ‘A Botox Lift’ used by the best Botox available from Allergen in the US which is the only product we choose at Nida Esth'. But she seemed to be more youthful and revitalized in 10 years later which is incredible! In overall, she has the right amount of face volume as well. This is just natural—not too much, nor too little. From my point of view as a dermatologist, she didn't appear to have had filler substance injected because of how natural her facial expression and smile are. Since when she smiles, a face with filler injection tends to seem unnatural as though there is something beneath the skin.
So as a result of Demi Moore with the increasing volume in her face. I believe there are two treatments that could result in her younger appearance like this.
