Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a new protocol that allows switches or routers to quickly transfer data along the determined routes. TOT’s MPLS services and solutions support point-to-point VPN and also multi-point connectivity so that every point can directly connect in ‘any-to-any’ manner. Customers can also tap on TOT’s MPLS to connect any remote point to their head offices by using a method called ‘hub-and-spoke’. The network security is comparable to FR/ATM-based VPNs without data encryption. The network also supports multi-service and Quality of Service (QoS). The maximum connection speed is 1 Gbps.

TOT provides VPN over the internet service with IPSec encryption. Customers get to access to their VPN and intranet anytime, anywhere by using TOT’s VPN, which is available both via wireline and wirelessly. VPNs can also be installed in Network Extension Mode or Client Mode (installed on notebooks or smart mobile devices). The service also supports branch and personal uses.

3. TOT 3G-VPN

TOT’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) utilizes TOT 3G network and is capable of connecting via TOT MPLS. Customers can opt to pay a monthly flat fee (per internet speed) or flexible prices according to monthly bandwidth usage (per SIM or SIM groups). The service supports main links and backup links. With such capabilities, it is convenient and cost-effective for customers to use TOT’s services without setting up any wired network.

4. TOT Cloud Connect

TOT’s managed and maintained organizational internet services can be set up in wired manner (Ethernet) or wirelessly (Wi-Fi). TOT eco-leased line internet is a high-quality and high-speed service, with once-only automatic Mac Address registration so the users can acquire instantaneous connectivity. The service provides traffic data collection in compliance with the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). It also manages user database from customer’s head office through the internet.

TOT SIP Trunk integrates voice communication technology on traditional phone systems with data communication and Internet Protocol technologies commonly used on internet or intranet networks. SIP Trunk uses IP PBX, SIP Server and Call Manager to connect with Softswitch telephone exchange and applies SIP protocol for interconnection on TOT MPLS networks. This service can also be deployed as ISDN-PRI.
