Plus a 3D locator, visitor statistics reporting, and message notification informing users about privileges offered at the shops.”

The S Life application also allows staff, condominium residents and customers to gain access to the development’s facilities using a QR code. QR scanning technology is implemented for staff accessibility to ‘smart’ elevators and conference rooms. Condominium residents can also make reservations for business lounges and food court tables. They can also order food and check carpark space availability or book premium services in shops and restaurants at the lifestyle mall. A delivery verification system enables them to track their orders. The application also includes an ‘SOS’ button for emergencies. Customers can follow news and receive special offers from shops and announcements about special activities.

Most significantly, SINGHA COMPLEX aims to become a ‘green architecture’ project, as demonstrated by its careful compliance with LEED Gold Certification criteria. This includes energy management and water conservation systems, a CO2 detector to ensure clean air, and a 2,700-sq.m green area that includes large CO2-absorbing trees, thereby creating a pure ozone area in the CBD.

Construction of the SINGHA COMPLEX is now 95% complete, with the official opening slated for 1 October 2018. The Office at SINGHA COMPLEX is now 75% booked by Thai and foreign companies and retail outlets. The 319-unit condominium building is scheduled for completion in 2019.
