<b>OneSiam unites world-class shopping destinations Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery,</b> in partnership with <b>Canon Marketing (Thailand) and PPTV HD</b> (Ch. 36) to host a video content competition “OneSiam The Extraordinary Clip” — giving opportunities to students and young scholars who are extremely interested in the field of multimedia content, animation, and video editing to exhibit their talent and creativity through self-made video clips. Each clip created adhere to the concept of “The Cutting-Edge City Lifestyle Shopping Experience at Siam”. Recently at Siam Paragon Hall 3 – 4, <b>winner of “OneSiam The Extraordinary Clip” has been awarded to Recher Film,</b> with THB80,000 cash prize, along with official certificate from OneSiam where his self-produced video be displayed on a giant LED screen in the heart of Bangkok.
Supicha Sorndamrih Assistant Managing Director Content Creation Group, Siam Piwat Co.,Ltd. spoke at the award ceremony, “OneSiam is the center of shopping lifestyles of Bangkok where it dazzles all visitors with new trends and upcoming lifestyles. In order to connect with various shopper demographics through multimedia channels, OneSiam has decided to partner with Canon and PPTV to create a progressive competition, ‘OneSiam The Extraordinary Clip’ to stimulate fresh creativity among the younger generation under our concept of ‘The Cutting-Edge City Lifestyle Shopping Experience at Siam’. We are proud to say that there are over 50 contestant groups where each group has 2 – 5 members, not exceeding the age of 30 years old. Our esteemed judge panel has shortlisted 4 final contestant groups and granted these selected participants to attend workshops with Vichai Matakul, Vasuphon Kriangprapakit, and acclaimed director Ter-Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit, to learn all intricate steps of filmmaking and post-production of advertisement films before working on their final assignments.

Assistant Managing Director Content Creation Group, Siam Piwat Co.,Ltd.continued, “Honestly, weighing in on each project has been a difficult task for the judge panel because each one of them showed great sense of creativity and skilled techniques. And I’m proud to give this award to Recher Film Team, who receives a cash prize of THB80,000, a trophy to reflect their outstanding work, an official certificate from partnering groups and OneSiam, plus a public exhibition of their work on a giant LED screen in the middle of Bangkok viewed by hundreds and thousands of people. The runner-up team Ashira Production would receive a cash prize of THB50,000, while the third-place The Nightmare team is awarded a THB30,000 cash prize. In addition, Ashira Production team is awarded the ‘popular vote’ title recieve a cash prize of THB30,000. Recher Film team is awarded the Best Cinematography receive a cash prize of THB 20,000 and Ashira Production team is awarded Canon’s Vibe Award receive a cash prize of THB 20,000.

The winner group “Recher Film” from the Digital Media and Art Film, Bangkok University ,spoke after the competition, The concept is to present the extraordinary of OneSiam, which is not just a shopping center for shopping, but there are plenty of activities and restaurants that fullfill people experience or open up new experiences for people. The film presents a story about a couple, who has just broke up. So they want to forget their heartbreak story by going out to find activities they like. A woman go out for shopping, while a man enjoy adventure activity. Although they had a different activity, finally they met again at OneSiam. The story narrate based on romantic comedies concept, using cinematography techniques combined with color gradation, giving a warm mood and tone, which is romantic color. In summary, the content indicate that OneSiam is more than a shopping center, but there are many activities that meet demand of everyone. People with different preferences can visit here.
