Viewers get to witness the transformation of Mark and Kim's culinary skills as they learn to prepare and cook a variety of recipes, which include Royal Thai cuisine with Chef Pom (M.L. Kwantip Devakula), fine dining with Chef Ian (Pongtawat Chalermkittichai), and sweet treats with Chef Penny (Pennee Jirayuwatana). Mark and Kim’s introduction to gourmet cooking will also feature other prominent chefs, including, Chef Black (Phanuphon Bulsuwan), who will guide them through Thai and German fusion cuisine, Chef Randy (Chaichat Noprapa), who will assist them in preparing a Japanese "Homakase" meal, Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, owner of the renowned restaurant Blue Elephant, Chef Tam (Chudaree Debhakam), who helps Kim with her struggle with making pasta from scratch, Chef Pam (Pichaya Soontornyanakij), who guides Mark in filleting a whole salmon, Chef Pom (Thanarak Chuto), who inspires the couple with his 40 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, and in the finale, Chef Willment, the executive director of the World Association of Chefs' Societies in Asia.
