Bruno Mars to perform in March

Music fans, your wallet is going take another hit as another global music act will take the stage at Rajamangala National Stadium.

"Bruno Mars Live In Bangkok" is scheduled for March 30, following two major concerts at the stadium by Ed Sheeran and Coldplay in February.

Fourteen-time Grammy Award winner  Mars is a singer, songwriter, producer and musician, who has sold more than 200 million singles worldwide, making him one of the best-selling artists ever. Mars is celebrated as a solo artist and as a duo Silk Sonic, which he forms with Anderson Paak.

Sweeping the 64th Annual Grammy Awards in 2022, Silk Sonic won four major categories, including Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song, with Leave The Door Open. It also became Mars’ 17th song to reach multi-platinum status. Mars’ 64th Annual Grammy win for "Record Of The Year" also makes him the second artist in Grammy history to win the category three times, following Simon and Garfunkel. Leave The Door Open also became his eighth No. 1. Later the same year, Mars accepted Album Of The Year on behalf of Silk Sonic during the 2022 BET Awards.

As a solo artist, 24K Magic, his third studio album, marked his highest first-week sales debut, remaining in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 for an impressive 44 consecutive weeks and spawning several hits. The lead single and title track 24K Magic is certified four times platinum by the RIAA and the follow-up smash, That’s What I Like is certified six-time platinum. His smash collab with Cardi B Finesse peaked at No.3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

On top of many records in chart history, Mars is one of the few artists to have written and produced all of his No.1 hits and has had a No. 1 song on the Hot 100 from each of his first three studio albums. Mars is ranked No.1 among male artists with the most Hot 100 No.1s for this decade, extending his lead over Justin Bieber, Drake, Eminem and The Weeknd.

If you're an OG fan, you still probably couldn't get enough of Just The Way You Are from his debut album in 2010.

Live Nation Tero pre-sale starts from 10am-10pm on Jan 25. Tickets go on sale Jan 26 from 10am on the Thai Ticket Major website.
