After their debut in the middle of last year, K-pop girl group Kiss of Life will come to meet fans in the Kingdom for the first time at Chaengwattana Hall, 5th floor of Central Chaengwattana, on March 17 at 5pm.
The "Kiss Of Life 'Dear Kissy' 1st Fan Meeting In Bangkok" is a chance to get up close with the four uniquely talented members from three countries -- Julie and Bell from the US, Natty from Thailand and Haneul from Korea -- who have gathered as an all-rounder group with splendid vocal, dance and composing skills.
Each of them released their own solo song -- Sugarcoat by Natty, Countdown by Belle, Kitty Cat by Julie, and Play Love Games by Haneul -- in their debut self-titled mini album which comprised six tracks, with Shhh as lead single.
Kiss of Life, aka KIOF, launched their second mini album, Born To Be XX, last November. It contained seven tracks including lead singles -- Bad News, a groovy mid-tempo with elements of pop, hip-hop and rock; and Nobody Knows, an upbeat slice of R&B influenced by pop music of the 1970s.
Since then, many believe that they will be the next queens on top. The group were nominated and won "Rookie of the Year" and "Best New Artist" from many music awards, most recently of which being the "Global Rising Artist" from the 31st Hanteo Music Awards. They are recognised for their potential as global rookies to lead the next generation of K-pop.
The quartet just had their first fan meeting, "Hello Kissy", in Tokyo two days ago and their next trip will be in Bangkok.
Tickets cost 2,900, 3,900, 4,900 and 5,900 baht and will be available for public sale on Saturday Feb 24 from 10am onwards from all Thai Ticket Major outlets and via thaiticketmajor.com.
