'The Power Of Love" is the theme for "The Magic Moment" charity concert which will bring a string of leading artists to sing songs of happiness at Impact Exhibition Hall 5, Muang Thong Thani, on March 16 starting at 7pm.
Organised by Ampolfood Group in collaboration with Theppadungporn Coconut and the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the concert aims to raise funds for Siriraj Hospital and the Golden Jubilee Medical Centre.
Ready to croon beautiful songs for a good cause will be Charas "Tam" Fueng-arom, a famous singer with a heart-warming voice; Saharat "Kong" Sangkapreecha, a soft singer whose love songs always melt many hearts; Chalatit "Ben" Tantiwut, hailed as a divo of Thailand; Anuwat Sanguansakpakdee aka Boy-Peacemaker; and Pop Pongkool, a good-humoured singer reputed for his unique voice.
They will be joined by three more singers recognised for their voices -- Isara "Tom" Kitnitchi, Kanyarat "Lula" Tiyapornchai, and Thanatsaluk "Alice" Hudson.
The concert will be packed with love songs rendered through powerful voices. They will also take turns to perform as a duo and trio, offering surprises throughout the show. This is a rare chance to see Ben Chalatit, Pop Pongkool and Tom Isara sing new hits and classic songs alongside Tam Charas.
Another highlight will be the new arrangement of tunes for a pop orchestra which will perform under the direction of Pusit "Tang" Laithong, a legendary music producer and singer who performed in the first episode of "The Magic Moment" concert in 2017, which raised more than 30 million baht from ticket sales for charity.
For this second series, all proceeds without deduction will go towards the construction of Siriraj Hospice for terminally-ill patients under Siriraj Hospital, and the improvement of an operation room and the construction of a second building for the Golden Jubilee Medical Centre.
