The Department of International Trade Promotion has brought in nine top Thai cartoon characters to showcase during "Style Bangkok 2018", which is running at Bitec, Bang Na-Trat Road, until SundayOct .
As in previous editions of the trade fair held in April, this is another opportunity for cartoon lovers to get to know more about their favourite copyrighted cartoon characters created by Thai designers. They include Bloody Bunny; Majory; Missnight; Princess Story; Yak Rocket; Ralf (Brave Warrior); Nut So Mond'Sters; Thotsakan, The Powerful Giant & Hanuman, The Courageous Monkey; and Moaning Panda.
The characters can be seen at the "Thai Characters" zone within the Creative Services Pavilion where character licensing, a new rising star in Thailand's creative industry, is one of the three services being presented there.
A business matching session is also being held to provide the character creators with the opportunity of meeting potential local and international buyers.
Located in Bitec Hall 105, the Creative Services Pavilion is one of the highlights of the lifestyle trade show. It also accommodates the "Well-being" zone, which offers beauty products and services, cosmetics, skincare, healthcare and daily-life items; and the "Printing and Packaging" zone, which presents the latest designs and innovations.
