A 5m-tall Maneki Neko and his lucky family will be standing tall at the Quartier Parc of EmQuartier to welcome lovers of all things Japanese to "EmQuartier Japan Remix", which takes place from tomorrow until July 21.

The fair will reflect the atmosphere of Natsu Matsuri, Japan's summer festival, and will play host to more than 40 top Japanese restaurants and shops at Quartier Avenue, ground floor.

Among the shops will be Mugendai Penthouse, Shabu-Ten, Hokkai-Don, Sutadon, Unatoto, Katana & La Cocorico, Kumo Cafe and Butter Pan. Fans of robot action figures shouldn't miss the "Tamashii Nations Robot Exhibition", being held in Bangkok for the first time, at Quartier Gallery, M floor.

Expect to see new Gundam figures from the recently-launched Gundam Universe series, the full team of Keroro Spirits robots and the latest series of figures from the popular anime Wataru. Special promotions and fun activities also will be on offer.

On Saturday and Sunday afternoon, there will be an exclusive cosplay festival featuring an anime cover dance at 2pm, followed by a cosplay parade on stage at 2.45pm, also at Quartier Avenue.
