Restoring work-life balance may have been a New Year's resolution for many people. Three Thailand has backed up behavioural and lifestyle changes to achieve this goal through videos of 13 personalities, from all walks of life, in its new campaign themed "Find Your Own Balance And Rhythm".

On Jan 2, the series of videos kicked off with French-Thai actress Chatra Baude, who has to take good care of herself in order to always be ready for any role in her acting career. The harder the work, the less time to rest, she says. Even more so the actress has to take care of herself and her skin as well as maintain an emotional balance based on self-awareness.

Also in show business, Eknaree Wachirabunjong believes that a balanced life begins with following your passion. She's fulfilled in having followed her parents' footsteps, Pongpat and Thanya Wachirabunjong, by being a producer of TV dramas at Act Art Generation production house. In a hectic world, we must learn to let go, she noted, and take care of our inner self along with our physical body so that we can shine inside-out.

Chato Studio founder and creative director, Wachana Charoensomsamai is a second-generation bagmaker, whose bucket bags, totes and luggage are considered an art form. A work-life balance is imperative for living in the modern times, she says, and while devoted to work, we shouldn't forget family and love.

Johnny Hao.

Johnny Hao doesn't consider his work, "work", since he loves singing, acting and aspires to be a moviemaker. He has to keep his life in balance and take care of himself in order to be able to pursue his dreams.

The same goes for chef Nontawat Rojanasakchai, founder of Brix Dessert Bar. With so many things on his mind, he finds it hard to sleep but Three Balancing SQ Oil R helps him overcome insomnia while waking up fresh in the morning to meet daily challenges.

The campaign celebrates the 10th anniversary of Three's Balancing line, launched in 2009. The skincare products, such as the SQ Oil beauty serum, have been upgraded for better holistic care in maintaining the skin's homeostasis through reconciling rhythms of mind, body and skin.

Other celebrities already featured in the campaign include photographer Sirima Chaipreechawit and founder of @travelerspulse Nisara Sittatikarnvech. Six more videos will be released on the Three Thailand Facebook page.
