Synonymous with tomatoes, Doi Kham celebrates the botanically-defined fruit and culinary vegetable in the exhibition "Discover Doi: From Farm To City" launched recently at Co-Creation Space, Siam Discovery The Exploratorium.
Running until Oct 8, the exhibtion traces the path of tomatoes, from cultivation and harvesting to production of food and drink.
At the exhibition's opening, Doi Kham Food Products president Pipatpong Israsena Na Ayudhya also launched the "Ma Kue Thed Teerak" campaign, which reflects on the company's passion in creating products with the lycopene-rich tomato.
Its bestselling 100% tomato juice was one of the ingredients in a cooking demonstration featuring actor Tawan Vihokratana and chef Mac-Anucha Pattanasiriruk.
