Thai Taste Hub, a new eatery has opened in Mahanakhon Cube, which showcases street food and Michelin-recommended restaurants.

Thai Taste Hub offers an everyday dining option within a chic and creatively designed space where eight well-known eateries will be serving their menus in a single location.

From my favourite beef noodles in Bangkok, the legendary Nai Soie Beef Noodle on Phra Athit Road, comes Yih Sahp Luhk. Specialising in braised beef rice pot, it also serves up braised short ribs rice pot and hotate rice pot.

Pinn, known for its Thai-fusion menu, is from chef Thaninthorn "Noom" Chantrawan of the Michelin-starred Chim By Siam Wisdom. Anamai Noodle-Beef noodles are teaming with beef balls and charcoal-fire grilled meatballs, which have made this eatery a staple for the past 60 years. Boon Lert's egg noodles are served with wontons, grilled soy sauce pork and crispy pork marinated using a secret technique that has kept this eatery a staple of Nang Loeng Market for more than 40 years.

Pa Hong Thai Dessert from Nang Loeng Market has been in existence since the time of King Rama V. This dessert shop is well-known for rare offerings like khanom tako, which is sticky rice with black bean in sweet coconut milk. Chumpol Patonggo is Buri Ram's famous deep-fried dough and are famous for being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Other restaurants are Maverick Suki serving pork sukiyaki and chicken fried noodles since 1960. Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu from Dinsor Road by chef Andy Yang of the Michelin-starred Table 38. Phed Phed Hey, which serves up Isan cuisine based on generations of old recipes. Yaowarat's famous Nai Ek Roll Noodle is best known for its rich and complex soup.

Thai Taste Hub Mahanakhon Cube is designed in Sino-Portuguese-style that resembles old Bangkok and features the works of artists Lolay, Benzilla, BeerPitch, Pim and Gongkan.
