On Christmas Eve (Thursday, November 24, 2020)
Bull & Bear - Perfect for celebrations, with a stunning bird’s eye view of Bangkok. Enjoy a special festive five-course set dinner menu prepared by Bull & Bear’s chef de cuisine Daniel Masters. Highlights include Alaskan King Crab served with Avocado, Jalapeno, Cherry Tomato, Coriander, Trout Roe; Roasted Turbot served with Champagne Leeks, Speciale Oyster & Petrossian Caviar; Japanese Wagyu Saga Striploin A4 with Black Truffle Gratin, Poached Morels, Asparagus & Madeira Jus; and a Snow Stone, or Dark Chocolate Mousse with Pear Compote, Glue Wine Jelly & Citrus Meringue.
Dinner is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 7,500++ per person for a five-course dinner with wine pairing.
The Brasserie - Celebrate Christmas Eve with your family and friends in the stylish and comfortable ambience of The Brasserie. Treat yourself and your loved ones to our extensive festive buffet featuring premium seafood, charcuterie and cheeses, as well as a variety of yuletide desserts. Soups and main courses are included, and will be prepared à la minute.
The Christmas Eve Buffet is available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at THB 3,500++ per person (food only), THB 4,500++ per person including free-flow house wines, and THB 2,500++ for children aged 6-12 years when dining with adults.
On New Year’s Eve (Thursday, December 31, 2020)
Bull & Bear - On this special night, treat yourself and your loved ones to a meal to remember. Enjoy a glass of champagne at sunset before dinner, or join us later in the evening to ring in the New Year in style with spectacular views of the city skyline. Highlights of the festive five-course set dinner are Foie Gras & Smoked Apple Terrine; Seared Hokkaido Scallop and Black Truffle; Charcoal Grilled Brittany Lobster; David Blackmore’s Full Blood Wagyu Sirloin; and Midnight Parfait or Nougat Parfait, Crunchy Chocolate and Sabayon Sauce.
Dinner is available with two seating times: Sunset Dinner (5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) or New Year Celebration (8:30 p.m. until late) priced respectively at THB 4,500++ per person for a five-course dinner (food only) or a la carte with minimum equivalent spent and THB 9,000++ per person for a five-course dinner with wine pairing.
The Brasserie Revel in a lively New Year’s Eve with a gathering of family and friends over an exceptional dinner. The New Year’s Eve Buffet features fresh premium seafood, charcuterie, cheeses and mouth-watering desserts. The selection of main courses includes Grilled tiger prawn, Seared Hokkaido scallop, Classic roast turkey roll, Grilled wagyu tenderloin and much, much more.

Front Room - Recently reopened in November, Front Room now offers a home-style menu highlighting the eight authentic and distinctive flavours of Thai cuisine. On this special night, enjoy the true taste of Thailand through a sharing set menu prepared by our talented Front Room culinary team, led by sous chef Sarocha (Bua) Rajatanawin. Highlights include Miang Kleeb Bua Goong Pao or Scarlet Prawn served with Lotus Leaf, Herb, and Coconut Syrup Dressing; Gaeng Phed Tai Gun Chiang Pu or Southern-Style Yellow Curry and Crab Meat; Si-Khrong Gae Phrik Gaeng Lueang Yang or Grilled Australian Lamb Rack, Yellow Curry Paste and Coconut Cream.

The Loft & The Champagne Bar - Two of the hotel’s crown jewels, The Loft & The Champagne
Bar are perfect spots to be to ring in the New Year in style, with their distinctive interior designs and stunning views of the city. Spend the last hours of 2020 indulging in spirit-based cocktails prepared by Michele Montauti and his team, who also offer an extensive wine list that will delight wine and champagne connoisseurs. The evening will be accompanied by a live DJ performance at The Loft and a live band at The Champagne Bar before the countdown together to welcome in 2021 starts.
A minimum spend of THB 5,000++ per person is required at The Loft and THB 7,500++ per person at The Champagne Bar.

Bar Manager Michele Montauti and his team take inspiration from the original 1935 Waldorf Astoria Bar Book to craft artisanal spirits and forgotten cocktails for the modern palate, using an extensive collection of house-made ingredients.
