The drip lasts around 40 minutes and helps boost cell regenerations, promoting tissue recovery and reducing inflammation. If you don't have 40 minutes to spare and need a quick boost, each IV drip procedure can also be an express 15 minutes. Once I was all settled into a comfy reclining chair with the IV drip going, I also indulged in a bit of light and oxygen therapies. Using UV glasses on your eyes, the light therapy helps removed jetlag and elevates your mood.
