A new digital platform to answer your questions about Covid-19. Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital

People on social media have one more channel to seek accurate information about Covid-19 as the "RamaCovid Line Official Account" has been recently launched on the Line application.

Presented by Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, the RamaCovid account comes with a rich menu that provides a Covid-19 self-assessment questionnaire and knowledge on how to prevent contracting the virus.

Other features on the menu help look for the nearest Covid-19 testing hospitals and offer a list of Covid-19 Hotline numbers. A chatbot function is also available to answer frequently-asked questions regarding general information about the coronavirus, its spreading, testing and treatment, using infographics and videos from reliable and modern sources.

Moreover, we can have a personal live chat with expert instructors from the nursing school who are ready to answer questions daily from 4pm to 8pm.

The aim of the account is to allow people to live their everyday lives normally during this situation, reduce their anxieties, promote their physical and mental health, decrease unnecessary visits to hospitals and to contribute to a national control of the disease.

Ramathibodi School of Nursing has played a significant role in educating and answering people about the coronavirus through the Covid-19 Call Centre that was launched during the first wave of the pandemic last year.

The new digital platform is an alternative to give an easy access to information where everyone can turn to for consultation.
