The much anticipated Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar will return at the Royal Paragon Hall, 5th floor of Siam Paragon, Rama I Road, from Saturday to Monday, 10am to 8pm.

A collaboration by the Thai Red Cross Society and spouses of diplomats and their embassies, the 54th edition of the annual charity fair will run both on the ground and online for the first time following the Covid-19 situation.

Held under the concept of "Shop The World At The Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar", the hybrid fair will bring a selection of high quality and outstanding products from 55 participating countries, including Cambodia which will join the event for the first time.

Expect to see local fabrics, hats and handicrafts from Panama and Nigeria while other countries will also present their unique local products and rare items at affordable prices.

There will also be folk performances by international artists from Russia, Indonesia and Kazakhstan as well as an auction of limited edition luggage on Saturday and Sunday.

Raffle tickets will be available at 50 baht, with a chance to win big prizes such as an iPad and Suzuki motorcycle. Raffles will be drawn at the Fund Raising Bureau of Thai Red Cross Society on April 28 and results will be announced on redcrossfundraising.org and facebook.com/RedCrossFundRaising.

To allow shoppers across the country to join the bazaar wherever they are, an e-commerce platform has been developed by ARIP. They will enjoy shopping for their favourite products from all 55 countries and live performances which will be streamed through dpcredcrossbazaar.com.

Tickets to the bazaar cost 50 baht (40 baht for early-bird e-tickets which are currently available from dpcredcrossbazaar.com until Thursday). Proceeds will go to support the Thai Red Cross Society.
